How It Works

You run the league. We handle the workflow.

The same seven-step loop shown on the home page, broken out in full detail here, plus product demonstration storyboards further down this page.

The Automation Loop

Seven real steps, real data

Every screen below is a genuine capture from a seeded demo league (Iceline Demo League, 8 teams) running on Statcronyx Cloud — not a mockup.

Structure the league

A league holds one or more seasons; each season carries its own status (e.g. ACTIVE, COMPLETE) and a full, independent set of management tools.

Generate the schedule

Pick a tier and date range, generate a full schedule, and publish it. Games carry a status (e.g. COMPLETED) as results are recorded.

Standings update automatically

GP, W, L, OTL, PTS, and goal differential compute automatically from recorded results. No spreadsheets, no manual tallying.

Video walkthroughs — current status

Honest status: this environment has no screen-recording or video-encoding tool available, so we have not produced actual video files for this launch. Producing one would require either fabricating footage (not something we do) or recording outside this environment. Below are full shot-by-shot storyboards and scripts for all six planned videos, each paired with a real application capture where one exists, so the production team can record them directly against the real app.

Video A — Overview

Storyboard only

60–75s. Establishes the whole platform: hero headline, product family, then a quick cut through structure → schedule → stats → transactions.

  1. Open hero; headline types/reveals on screen
  2. Cut to admin Seasons list (real capture available)
  3. Cut to Schedule, then Standings
  4. Cut to Transactions history showing an executed trade
  5. End on wordmark + tagline

Video B — Schedule Management

Storyboard only

30–45s. Shows generating and publishing a schedule.

  1. Open Schedule page, select tier + date range
  2. Click Generate; published schedule appears
  3. Scroll the real generated rows (home/away/date/status)

Video C — Automated Statistics

Storyboard only

30–45s. Shows standings computing from real results, admin and public views.

  1. Open admin Standings for the completed 2024 season
  2. Call out GP/W/L/OTL/PTS/DIFF columns
  3. Cut to the public league site's Standings/Teams pages

Video D — Cloud League Administration

Storyboard only

45–60s. Console tour: Leagues → Seasons → Users/Audit Log → switch organization.

  1. Open Seasons list, point out 2024/2025 status
  2. Open Users page, Audit Log page
  3. Open "Switch organization" to show multi-tenant operator support

Video E — Advanced League Operations

Storyboard only

60–75s. Transactions → waivers → draft → bidding, back to back.

  1. Transactions: create a trade; show history with the executed trade
  2. Waivers: show priority order, place a player on waivers
  3. Draft: create a draft, show base team order
  4. Bidding: open a bidding event, show team budgets

Video F — Connect

Storyboard only

30–40s. Since Connect has no web UI, this is a desktop-app capture, not a browser recording.

  1. Desktop app window: connection/sync status indicator
  2. Trigger a manual sync; show a completion toast/log line
  3. Cut to the existing league website reflecting the synced data
