1. Desktop application setup
Installed and run on the league organizer's own computer. No account provisioning, no hosting, no uptime dependency on Statcronyx infrastructure for day-to-day operation.
Statcronyx Connect · Development Preview
Connect is a desktop app, not a hosted web app. It runs on your machine, automates your league operations locally, and keeps your existing website and database in sync in the background — no migration required.
What Connect Actually Does
Because Connect has no browser-based interface, there is no admin-console screenshot to show here — that would misrepresent the product. What follows is an accurate, verified description of what it does today, organized around the full setup-to-production path.
Installed and run on the league organizer's own computer. No account provisioning, no hosting, no uptime dependency on Statcronyx infrastructure for day-to-day operation.
Teams, divisions, tiers, and season settings are configured locally, in the same desktop application that runs the sync.
Synchronizes league data with the website an organizer already operates, rather than requiring a migration to a new platform.
A schema-whitelisted, mapping-driven writer maps Statcronyx's canonical league data onto the columns of the customer's own existing database — never a blind, unchecked write.
Background sync workers are configured once and then run on a schedule, keeping data current without manual re-entry.
Game results and full box-score statistics are processed and delivered back to the organizer's own site through a durable, signed delivery pipeline — the same production-validated results pipeline described in the automation showcase on the home page.
Mapping and automation configuration can be updated as a league's website or database schema evolves, without a full reinstall.
Each install operates under a license tied to the organizer's own isolated data store — one organization's data is never visible to another's install.
Status
Statcronyx Connect is under active development. Features described here reflect the current, real implementation — not a roadmap. For a side-by-side comparison with Statcronyx Cloud, see the comparison below.
